Our Experience

Alliance Synergy Group is led by Roxianne Bethune, a seasoned diversity expert leveraging 25 years of experience in providing unmatched support for diverse businesses and large firms. Since making the move from corporate firms to municipal government in the late 90’s, Bethune has been pivotal in many of the Nashville region’s largest infrastructure projects. Bethune was the driving force behind the Diversity Business Program for the $600 million Music City Center Complex project, one of the nation’s largest capital projects. Under her guidance, the project achieved a historical 30% participation rate.

After the success of the Music City Center Complex, Bethune launched Alliance Synergy Group, a firm which specializes in creating diversity and inclusionary programs that are successful, sustainable, mutually beneficial, and easily integrating on a large and continuous scale. The firm currently consults on the Riverfront Park & Ascend Amphitheater project, which is currently achieving 45% participation.
