Fairgrounds Improvements Nashville, TN 2017-Present $37 million in projects on 117 –acre site to build 200,000+ sq. ft. indoor and outdoor Expo Center that includes a dog park for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County, Board of Fair Commissioners and Metropolitan parks Department.
